People-first development.
Practical solutions.

I’m Eric Feldman, the web developer and consultant behind Felco Digital.

I took a somewhat winding path into web development, with stops as a teacher and cost estimator before teaching myself to code and eventually turning that into a career building websites.

Since then, I’ve built, rebuilt, and managed websites for everyone from one-person businesses to publicly traded companies, across healthcare, cybersecurity, technology, legal, compliance, hospitality, nonprofits, and more.

I’ve worked in-house, independently, and alongside designers, marketers, developers, and agencies. Some projects have started with a blank page. Others have started with a website that’s been around for years and a team that knows something needs to change but isn’t quite sure what.

A website is often the front door to a business. It may be the first place someone goes to understand who you are, what you do, and whether they want to work with you. I like helping businesses make sure that first impression actually represents them well.

That’s what I find most satisfying about this work: taking what a business is trying to be and making sure its website actually shows it.

What Guides Our Work

Built on Principles

Practical Innovation

I like finding the simplest solution that actually solves the problem, not adding complexity for the sake of it.

Transparent and Reliable

Clear communication, realistic timelines, and honest guidance. Clients trust us to deliver and we take that seriously.

Strategy-First Thinking

Before I start building, I want to understand what we’re trying to accomplish and why.

Love for the Web

I genuinely enjoy this stuff. Building things, solving problems, and making websites better is what keeps it interesting.

Thoughtful Execution

The details matter. I care about how a site works, performs, and holds up long after it launches.

Collaborative Process

I love getting to know your vision, understanding what you’re trying to accomplish, and helping turn it into something real.
